Donostia San Sebastián Convention Bureau

The Convention Bureau is a specialised department of Donostia San Sebastián Tourism, a municipal company owned by Donostia / San Sebastián City Council.

It promotes the city as a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) destination and offers a free and impartial service to advise and assist organisers in planning professional events, from conferences and conventions to incentives and corporate meetings.

Its aim is to facilitate each stage of the process, providing local knowledge and a network of expert contacts through more than 300 local partner companies.

With over 35 years of experience, he works to position Donostia/San Sebastián and Gipuzkoa as an international destination of choice for hosting strategic professional events, promoting a sustainable model that generates value, legacy and well-being for the city and its inhabitants.

He is also an active member of leading national and international associations in the MICE sector, such as ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), SCB (Spain Convention Bureau) and OPCE (Association of Professional Congress and Event Organisers of the Basque Country).
